At Nest & Nurture, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality baby and mother essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Feeding bottles and nipples

  • Breast pumps and accessories

  • Baby skincare or personal care products

  • Opened baby food or health products

  • Used diapers or wipes

  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
