This Shipping Policy describes how Nest & Nurture processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Locations
Nest & Nurture currently ships across India. We are working towards expanding our delivery network to additional locations in the future.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the total weight or value of the order.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional periods, as indicated on our website.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. COD availability will be shown at checkout.
For COD orders, customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, Nest & Nurture is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
